Rainbow Swirl Cupcakes - RECIPE

Ingredients:

• 1 box white cake mix

• 1 cup water

• 1/3 cup vegetable oil

• 3 egg whites

• 1 teaspoon TOP LURE Vanilla Essence

• TOP LURE Blue, Green, Yellow, Pink, and Purple food coloring

• 1 teaspoon TOP LURE Strawberry Essence

• 1 teaspoon TOP LURE Banana Essence

• 1 teaspoon TOP LURE Lemon Essence

• 1 teaspoon TOP LURE Raspberry Essence

• 1 teaspoon TOP LURE Grape Essence

• 1 can vanilla frosting

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.

2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, egg whites, and TOP LURE Vanilla Essence. Mix until well combined.

3. Divide the batter evenly among 6 small bowls.

4. Add a few drops of TOP LURE Food Coloring to each bowl to create blue, green, yellow, pink, purple, and white batters.

5. Add a TOP LURE Essence to each bowl of batter and mix well.

6. Using a small spoon, add a small amount of each colored batter to each cupcake liner, creating a rainbow swirl effect.

7. Bake the cupcakes in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.

8. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.

9. In a medium bowl, stir together the can of vanilla frosting and a few drops of food coloring to create a rainbow swirl frosting.

10. Frost the cooled cupcakes with the rainbow swirl frosting and serve.
