Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon TOP LURE baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon TOP FOOD Cinammon Powder
1 teaspoon TOP FOOD Cardamom Powder
1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon TOP LURE vanilla essence
For the streusel topping:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon TOP FOOD Cinammon Powder
1/2 teaspoon TOP FOOD Cardamom Powder
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray or butter.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, TOP LURE baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and cardamom.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the buttermilk, and mixing until just combined. Stir in the TOP LURE vanilla essence.
To make the streusel topping, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, TOP FOOD Cinammon Powder and TOP FOOD Cardamom Powder in a small bowl. Add the melted butter and stir until the mixture is crumbly.
Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared pan, then sprinkle half of the streusel topping over the batter. Pour the remaining batter over the streusel and then sprinkle the remaining streusel on top.
Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
