Chilli Lemon Seasoning

Chilli Lemon Shrimp - Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined 

2 tablespoons vegetable oil 

4 garlic cloves, minced 

1 tablespoon TOP FOOD Chili Lemon Seasoning 

1 red bell pepper, sliced 

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 small onion, sliced 

Salt and black pepper, to taste 

Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add the minced garlic and TOP FOOD Chili Lemon seasoning to the skillet and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

3. Add the sliced red and green bell peppers and onion to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.

4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.

5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
