Peri Peri Seasoning

TOP FOOD PERI PERI SEASONING

Peri peri seasoning is a blend of herbs, spices, and chilies that originated in Portugal and is now commonly used in African and South American cuisine. The seasoning typically includes ingredients such as paprika, cumin, garlic, onion, oregano, and bird's eye chili peppers, which give it a spicy and pungent flavor profile. Peri peri seasoning can be found in most grocery stores and can also be made at home by blending together the individual spices in the desired proportions.

Peri peri seasoning is primarily used as a rub or marinade for chicken, fish, and other meats, as well as for roasted vegetables. It can be mixed with oil or lemon juice to make a marinade and left to marinate for several hours or overnight, or simply rubbed onto the meat before cooking. Peri peri seasoning is also a popular condiment for grilled or roasted chicken, either sprinkled over the top or served on the side for dipping. In addition to meat, it can be used to add flavor to rice, stews, and soups. With its bold and spicy flavor, peri peri seasoning has become a popular ingredient in many kitchens around the world.
