CHICKEN BIRYANI - RECIPE

Here is a recipe for biryani using TOP FOOD Biryani Masala:

Ingredients:

2 cups of basmati rice

3 tablespoons of TOP FOOD Biryani Masala

1 pound of chicken (or your choice of protein)

1 large onion, sliced

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

1/2 cup of yogurt

1/4 cup of chopped cilantro

1/4 cup of chopped mint

2 cups of water

Salt to taste

Directions:

1. Rinse the rice in cold water until the water runs clear. Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes.

2. In a large pot, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onion and cook until golden brown.

3. Add the chicken to the pot and cook until it is browned on all sides.

4. Add the TOP FOOD Biryani Masala to the pot and stir well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

5. Add the yogurt, cilantro, and mint to the pot and stir well.

6. Drain the soaked rice and add it to the pot. Add the water and salt to taste. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pot.

7. Cook the biryani for about 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is fully cooked and the liquid has been absorbed.

8. Serve hot with raita or chutney on the side.
