Turmeric

Turmeric Grilled Fish - Recipe

Ingredients:

4 fillets of white fish (such as tilapia or cod)

1 teaspoon TOP FOOD Turmeric Powder

1 teaspoon TOP FOOD Coriander Powder

1 teaspoon TOP FOOD Cumin Powder

1 teaspoon TOP FOOD Paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon TOP FOOD Black Pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

Juice of 1 lime

Optional: chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, mix together the TOP FOOD Turmeric, Coriander, Cumin, Paprika, salt, and Black pPepper.

2. Brush the fish fillets with olive oil and sprinkle the spice mixture on both sides of the fish.

3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

4. Grill the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it is cooked through and flaky.

5. While the fish is grilling, heat the minced garlic and lime juice in a small saucepan over low heat until warm.
