Cinnamon Roasted Sweet Potatoes - RECIPE


Ingredients:

2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced into 1-inch cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon ground TOP FOOD Cinnamon Powder

Salt, to taste

Optional toppings: chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley or thyme), chopped nuts (such as pecans or walnuts), maple syrup

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a large bowl, toss the diced sweet potatoes with the olive oil, ground TOP FOOD Cinnamon Powder, and salt until evenly coated.

3. Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

4. Roast the sweet potatoes for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and lightly caramelized.

5. Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.

6. Serve the sweet potatoes hot, garnished with chopped fresh herbs, chopped nuts, and/or drizzled with maple syrup, if desired.
