Dhana Jeera

Dhana Jeera Chicken - RECIPE

Ingredients:

500g chicken, cut into small pieces

1 tablespoon TOP FOOD Dhana Jeera

1 teaspoon TOP FOOD Chili Powder

1 teaspoon TOP FOOD Turmeric Powder

1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

2 tablespoons oil

1 onion, finely chopped

2 tomatoes, finely chopped

Salt to taste

Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with TOP FOOD Dhana Jeera, Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, and ginger-garlic paste. Set aside for 30 minutes.

2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.

3. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it turns golden brown.

4. Add the chopped tomatoes and salt to taste. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the tomatoes have softened and the chicken is cooked through.

5. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves (optional).

6. Serve hot with rice or flatbread.
