Beef Noodle Soup - Recipe

Ingredients:

4 fish fillets (such as tilapia or cod)

1/4 cup all-purpose flour (30g)

1 tablespoon TOP FOOD Lemon Pepper & Herb Seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (30g)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 lemon, cut into wedges

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, TOP FOOD Lemon Pepper & Herb Seasoning, and salt. In another shallow dish, place the breadcrumbs.

3. Dip each fish fillet into the flour mixture, shaking off any excess, then dip into the breadcrumbs, pressing the crumbs onto the fish to coat well.

5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
