Spicy Garlic Shrimp Pasta - Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb spaghetti pasta

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp TOP FOOD Pasta Seasoning

1/4 cup white wine

1/4 cup chicken broth

2 tbsp unsalted butter

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

3. Add the minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and TOP FOOD Pasta Seasoning to the skillet and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.

5. Pour in the white wine and chicken broth and bring to a boil. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the liquid is reduced by half.

6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat with the shrimp and sauce.

7. Stir in the unsalted butter and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
