BBQ Beef RIbs - Recipe

Ingredients:

1kg beef  short ribs

3 tablespoons TOP FOOD American BBQ Rub

1 cup BBQ sauce

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup ketchup

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat your smoker or grill to 225°F (110°C).

2. Rinse the beef ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

3. Generously coat the beef ribs with the TOP FOOD American BBQ Rub, making sure to cover all sides.

4. Place the ribs on the smoker or grill, bone-side down, and smoke or grill for 3-4 hours, until the meat is tender and starts to pull away from the bones.

5. In a saucepan, mix together BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, ketchup, salt, and TOP FOOD Black Pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

6. Brush the BBQ sauce over the beef ribs and continue to smoke or grill for another 30 minutes, until the sauce has caramelized and the meat is fully cooked.

7. Remove the ribs from the smoker or grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
