Fish Masala

TOP FOOD FISH MASALA

Fish masala is a spice blend that is commonly used in Kenyan & Indian cuisine to add flavor and depth to fish dishes. The exact ingredients of fish masala can vary depending on the region and personal preferences, but the blend typically includes a combination of spices like coriander, cumin, turmeric, chili powder, and garam masala.

Fish masala can be used to marinate fish before cooking, or added directly to fish dishes while they are being prepared. It can be used to flavor a variety of fish dishes, including curries, stews, soups, and grilled or pan-fried fish

In addition to its use in Kenyan & Indian cuisine, fish masala can also be used in other types of cuisine, such as in Caribbean or African dishes that use similar spices.
