Mustard and Herb Crusted Roast Beef - Recipe

Ingredients:

1 (3-4 lb) beef roast, such as sirloin or ribeye

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons TOP FOOD Mustard & Herb Seasoning

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard and TOP FOOD Mustard & Herb Seasoning.

3. Season the beef roast with salt and black pepper to taste.

4. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over high heat.

5. Sear the beef roast on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.

6. Remove the skillet from heat and spread the mustard and herb mixture over the top of the beef roast.

7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 45-60 minutes, or until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness.

8. Remove the skillet from the oven and let the beef rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
